I have used this company twice now and the experience before was incredible and the service/selections were absolutely even better my 2nd time around! They go over and beyond and help you with sizes, the flow of the lighting throughout the house and have even more options that are not even on the website! They have great products and reasonable prices. I worked with Amanda Robbin and I don't know how I could have done it without her! If you need guidance and beautiful lighting choices this should be your only stop! Highly recommend. The owner and Amanda are AMAZING, if I could give 10 stars I would!Stephanie Medlock

Shopped here for fixtures and mirrors for our renovation project. Kelly was so incredibly helpful in helping us pick and giving us additional information. She communicated frequently with us and kept us posted on shipping status. The ordering process was incredibly easy and we especially appreciated the online wishlist feature. Shipping was super quick too. This was the first of many projects we will be completing and we will definitely be coming back!

The staff was exceptional. I went in looking for a particular light bulb and after shopping everywhere, I stopped in. They did not have the bulb I needed but they looked it up on line and printed exactly what I should order. Thanks Ladies.

Phenomenal customer service from start to finish!! I worked with Beverly to pick out new interior light fixtures for our house. She was excellent and we will definitely use her in the future. In addition, the gentleman who delivered the lights was AWESOME. He was professional, polite, on time and genuinely seemed happy to help. He carried the heavy boxes up flights of stairs for me. Just top notch customer service all around. Highly recommend Carolina Lanterns. Fantastic company who obviously hires people who care.
