Vesta, of ancient legend was very sacred to the city of ancient Rome.
For the belief held that as long as the fires burned in the Temple of
Vesta, the city would be safe. In the center of the temple was the flame,
which was perpetually tended by the priestess’ of the goddess, The
Vestal Virgins. The Vestal Flame, trademark of the Goddess Series, is
know for its’ unique shape. Often referred to as a maple leaf, or fleur-de-lis
pattern, its’ perpetual dancing beauty is unmistakable It offers a soft,

GODDESS SERIES FACTS & FEATURES

• All Goddess Series lanterns are CSA certified to comply with ANSI
Standard Z21.42 for Indoor or Outdoor
Lighting. Because of this compliance these and other outdoor lanterns
in our collection can actually be used as a street lamp.

• Each lantern is made of 16 and 20oz. copper.

• Double Strength Glass is standard.

• Street Lamps have specially designed burners that create the beautiful
ambiance of a vestal flame.

• BTU Rating: Series I and II 3,451 BTU per hour. Series III with
double burner 4,854 per hour.

• All gas lanterns are plumbed to accept 1/4″ OD copper tubing with flare
fitting.

• These gas lights are designed so they can be burned continuously, similar
to street lamps of long ago. All lanterns include a shut-off valve located at
the base of the burner inside the cabinet, or can be equipped with an
electronic ignition system.
