Carolina Lanterns: Returns and Exchange Policy

Please inspect your lanterns immediately upon receipt for damage, even if you do not plan to install the lanterns right away. If you accept a shipment that has been damaged in shipping we cannot be held responsible. All sales are final 14 days after receipt. No exceptions can be made without approval. Contact Customer Service for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

  1. All authorized returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.
  2. Customer will be responsible for safe return of lanterns to Carolina Lanterns & Accessories. When returning lanterns, they should be in their original boxes and must be insured by the shipper for the full purchase price.
  3. If lantern should be damaged during return shipment, the customer is responsible for filing claims with the appropriate shipper.
